Head, Strategic Accounts (Client Growth)

About the role:

The role is to strategically engage with businesses to drive long term partnerships for
their procurement of packaging and material handling goods. It also focuses on
account management with the purpose to maintain and increase wallet share of
strategic accounts.
Key responsibilities:

 Research and understand the market through various mediums and create
a Sales strategy for targeting prospective buyers.
 Devise a strategy to acquire relevant leads, work on quick onboarding of
strategic clients and maintaining the CRM for pipeline aggressively.
 Meet potential clients and pitch the product, solicit feedback and alter
negotiating strategies based on the feedback with the objective of achieve
high client on-boarding rate.
 Ensure strategic accounts are serviced well and clients are seeing value
through Bizongo.
 Drive usage in assigned accounts to minimize churn and enable growth.
 Identify additional client opportunities within assigned accounts to grow
Bizongo’s share of wallet.
 Continuously monitor & manage profitability across the portfolio
 Ensure credit receivables are in order
 Usage of all Bizongo cloud based solutions as a tool by clients.
 Drive innovation and constant value engineering projects for clients
 Build, grow and develop a lean team that drive wallet share and gross
margins for all growth accounts.
 Identify additional client prospects to grow Bizongo’s share of wallet and enter
new avenues/industries that can be high growth opportunities for growth
accounts.
 Understanding company’s internal operations, technology, capabilities and
targets.
 As the face of the organization, help in building the brand of the company in
the industry, vendor and customer community.


 Job Requirements:

 Good leadership skills with structured thinking, having previous experience in
handling teams
 Candidate should have previous experience in account management/client
relations and packaging product sales (Prior experience with FMCG clients is
a plus)
 Candidate should have very deep knowledge of packaging products and
should have relevant industry based experience of minimum 5 years
 Fast learning, networking and researching skills, high energy levels, ability to
meet defined targets, sound understanding of business principles.

 Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal with strong
presentation skills.
 Proficient at Microsoft Office and should be inclined towards Data Analytics.
